Nicky and Jay walk into there precinct and sit down on there desks. Then they are greeted by fellow agent; agent Daniels. Mr Daniels, we know the boys name. His name is Tommy and he was under the Mafia's control working at the aquarium.

Marcus was a little peeved by the fact that one of his employees was interrogated without his knowledge. This was his town and he wasn't about to let a couple of pot-bellied pigs snoop around on his turf. Of course, it wouldn't be wise for him to start something with the DA, but he did intend to get this issue sorted out. Civilly, if possible. Violently, if not.
As he stepped into the precinct, he caught sight of three agents - a woman and two men. He recognized the woman and one of the men as the people who had questioned his guy. A charming smile formed across his lips and he stepped forward.
"Hello, my name is Marcus Vitrella," he introduced suavely, extending a hand for one of the men to shake.

"Hello, Officer Jay," he greeted in return. "I was hoping I might get to speak with you in private? It will just take a moment. Unless, of course, you're too busy?"
Too busy. Ha! Too busy eating donuts and putting pot heads away. And pissing off the wrong people, oh yes, couldn't forget that. And Marcus was definitely the wrong person to piss off.

Stupid man. Was he honestly scared? Marcus wondered briefly how long the man had been an agent. A man with more salt would have acted a little less accomodating. Not that he was complaining, it would certainly makes things easier on his end. But it would also be a bit more boring as well.
"Could we speak in private?" Marcus repeated. There was no need to drag this out in public.

Stay put? Was he a dog? And did that man really think he was going to to sit in an interrogation room with him? Not likely. He was here under his own free will and would not be subjugated to any of this man's bullnuts. So instead of being a good little boy and sitting down to wait for Jay, he stood exactly where he was until the man came back - or somebody else did. Either way was fine with him. He could be a very patient man when he wanted to be.
